Our ninth vintage of mountain fruit Sauvignon blanc to be produced from our vineyard at 2300 foot elevation in Knights Valley. Vibrant aromatics of yellow plum, honeysuckle, kiwi and fresh pears are juxtaposed to the classic notes of stone fruit typical from this vineyard. An extremely inviting and seductive nose segues into a bright yet complex and generous Sauvignon blanc. This wine shows very early acid and oak integration with a creaminess that complements its vibrancy. The signature finish is long and lingering. This wine continues to be a showstopper in our portfolio due in large part to our dedication in making this wine unique and unlike any other on the market.

Our fifth vintage from this stunning high elevation vineyard and we are extremely proud of this effort. Reminiscent of the 2011, our first release of this wine from La Mekerra, it has the distinctive aromatics that distinguish it from any other Sauvignon blanc. Ripe tropical and exotic fruits with notes of peaches, pineapple, pink grapefruit and anise. The nose reveals that this is a wine full of power and minerality. Superbly balanced with great acidity, this 2015 is a classic for the vintage showing focus and purity.

Unique aromatics unfold in a sequence of flowers, fruit and minerality that entice you to taste. The wine is crisp and clean with lush stone fruits of white peach and nectarine along with superbly integrated acidity. The wine finishes with an intense minerality that lingers proving this wine worthy of long aging. The food pairing versatility of this wine is impressive. Decanting is recommended.

The seductive aromatics alone are enough to transport the soul. The structure is rich but with great acidity which creates a wine with incredible finesse. The minerality of this wine shines through to the finish.

It is intensely aromatic - exhibiting notes of flowers, guava and stone fruits such as peach, nectarine and apricot. The seductive aromatics alone are enough to transport the soul. The structure of this wine is viscous and rich but with just the right balance of acidity to create incredible finesse. Once again, a testament to a varietal planted in the proper soil at the hands of a worldclass winemaker.

This stunning Sauvignon blanc is the first white wine to be produced from the 2300 foot elevation vineyard in Knights Valley. Capturing the uniqueness of the La Mekerra soils, it emulates a striking nose so aromatically overwhelming that combines notes of minerality and varietal character. Peach, lychee, mango and gardenia are woven into a wine with perfect structure and balance. This utterly impeccable white ends with brilliant acidity and a long, lingering finish.
