Paderewski Vineyard Rhône Blend
Our second vintage for a classic Rhone style blend from the Paderewski Vineyard in Paso Robles. The aromatics of strawberry, raspberry and current tea, layer with violet flowers and creaminess - an amazingly expressive wine. On the palate it is juicy, fresh and vibrant with tannins that demonstrate finesse and a slight spice. The finish is long and lingering - begging you to pour another glass.

"The diversity of this region is something that excites our brains from a winemaking perspective - we are truly Rhône lovers.”

Our first effort on a classic Rhone style blend from the Paderewski Vineyard in Paso Robles. Knowing that the limestone from this vineyard is amazing for the Syrah, we were tempted to create a Melka GSM. With inviting aromatics of raspberry fruit, rose petal and slight spiciness, this wine shows excellent purity of the three varietals. Grenache for its cherry notes, Syrah for the spice and Mouvedre providing plenty of tannin.
