This 45 case bottling was more than we had hoped for but so happy we were able to produce close to two barrels worth of this SB. This wine has bright acidity with floral and citrus notes with great structure for a wine so light on its feet. It continues to demonstrate its long, lingering finish.

Our third and probably best vintage thus far of CJ blanc is a beautiful expression of sauvignon blanc with notes of lemon zest, lemongrass and dry herbs alongside honeysuckle floral notes. The wine is bright, vibrant and juicy. The texture is stunning and this clearly is a focused and seamless wine. It finishes with guava and passionfruit for a long, lingering moment. This wine would be a stunner as a pairing with any white protein given its depth and gorgeous aromatics.

Our second vintage of CJ blanc is a beautiful expression of sauvignon blanc boasting lemon curd, lemon zest and floral notes of white flowers, fresh citrus and pomelo with a hint of reduction. On the palate it is super vibrant and acid driven with medium body and hint of French oak. The wine is very juicy and fresh with a hint of bitter green grass, lemon zest, a touch of passion fruit and fresh tarragon.
The finish is long and lingering with sharp acidity and great tension.
